Pat Sadat-Ngatchou
Current Lab Project
My main project in the Herzenberb lab involves understanding mechanisms that regulate B-1 lymphocytes repertoires. I am especially interested in the role that IL-7 plays in modulating the generation of B-1 cells expressing VH11 natural antibodies.
I am also currently examining the effects of HIV tat on murine lymphocytes in vitro.
In addition, I am collaborating with Yael Gernez MD to determine biomarkers of human basophils in food allergies.
